We called about a mouse problem in our basement. Greg arrived at the time promised and did a thorough job identifying and blocking their path to the garage and basement before setting traps. All though it is too early estimate how fast the invasion will cease, we are already seeing a decline after less than a week. Btw... Greg is personable and takes the time to explain in detail what needs to done to correct the problem... great service.

I reached out to On the Spot with a last minute request for treatment in my house after finding ants in the kitchen. They worked to get someone to travel from North Jersey and get the job done and I am so appreciative of their effort with short notice! Buddy was great - very professional and friendly. On The Spot cleared up all of our insect issues. When we moved into our house there we're constant sightings of spiders and even carpenter ants. 1 year later of monthly treatments and our home has been free and clear. It's been months since we've seen any insects. We also opted for the carpenter ant& termite treatment and haven't seen any of them either. The staff is amazing, especially Greg and Buddy (technicians), and Crystal in the office. I Highly recommend On The Spot!

I Called for removal of squirrels in my attic. From beginning to end the service was very professional. The technician was prompt and knowledgeable. He didn't make a mess in my home, which is always important. He even took my fear of having my eyes clawed out into consideration when he placed the trap LOL. When I called to have the trapped squirrel removed he responded quickly. I would definitely use them again, if necessary.

Contracted with this company after reading their reviews online. Certainly could have used someone locally, but am very satisfied with my choice. The technician, Greg, was exceptional and explained everything in detail. I am going to continue using them for maintenance to have peace of mind, and would highly recommend them to anyone. Dear All, I normally don't write reviews but in this case I must. Chris and his team are amazing. I was having my sons 1st birthday party outside and during set up at 730 am I noticed there were bugs all around the tree next to the tables . I called On the spot left a message thinking I'll need to wait till Mon and we will have bugs all over the place at the party at 1 pm. Nope not the case. Chris (the owner) called me back in 30 minutes and had a technician come to my house with in a couple hours be fore the party. Chris and his team saved the day and the party. This reassures me why I am a monthly member with this company. Thank you to Chris and his team your work and customer service are first class.

Making an appointment was easy. I was able to get the exact day and time I wanted. Peter showed up on time, was very friendly and clearly explained the situation and how he was going to treat it. I was doing demolition today in my house and pulled a piece of drywall... behind it was a great big yellow jacket nest. I called On the Spot Pest Control on a Saturday afternoon and they had a technician on location to help me within the hour. Pete was technician and he took care of my yellow jacket problem. He was friendly and professional and quickly removed the nest and made it safe to reenter the house. Great all around service from both Pete and Laurie on the phone, I would highly recommend them and will definitely use them in the future when need arises.
